Francine Russell has been a member of DuPage A.M.E. Church since 1998. She has severed the
congregation in various capacities including: Director of Vacation Bible School, Anniversary
Committee Chairperson, Finance Committee, Steward Board, and Sunday School Teacher. With over
twenty years experience Francine works with municipalities to secure financing for public
projects as a Senior Vice President with First Trust Portfolios. She is a graduate of
Roosevelt University and a SEC Registered Representative. She resides in Naperville with
her husband Derrick and daughter Elizabeth.
