P.A.G.E.S. 1ST ANNUAL BOOK DRIVE! - This program is initiated by Carter Jordan, who is working towards her Girl Scout Gold Award. Please donate gently used and new books in order to kick-off the library for kids. The drive has begun and runs through Sunday, February 26th. A representative from the Illinois Department of Human Services will be at the REACH office at 2000 Warrenville Road on Tuesday, February 14th to take applications for individuals / families in need of their Food Assistance or Special Needs Assistance Programs. Attention REACH Volunteers! - Your time & commitment to support the food pantry efforts of REACH are greatly appreciated. To help enrich your experience, we are inviting all NEW volunteers to an orientation session at 9 am followed by a training session at 10:30 on Saturday, February 18th at 2000 Warrenville Rd. All EXPERIENCED volunteers are asked to attend the session at 10:30 am to receive training on new regulations & procedures. Calling all DuPage AMEC YOUTH! Get ready, get set and go to the exciting events for our YPD. The Young People's Department (YPD) consists of youth ages 7-18 who study the Bible to learn more about God, participate in service projects throughout the community and strive to build strong Christian relationships with others. Our YPD is going strong and we invite everyone to participate in our upcoming events.

2012 HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS! - The DuPage AMEC Scholarship Application is available on the church's website in the MEMBER AREA. Scholarships are open to all graduating seniors who are members of the church. In order to qualify, you must submit the following items by Friday, March 30th: completed application form, official transcript, and 3 letters of recommendation. Through REACH we have partnered with Bridge Communities for years and they are in need of MENTORS. The Bridge Communities Transitional Housing Program provides housing and a stable, supportive environment for families who are developing the skills necessary to live independently. Bridge Communities partners with local churches and community organizations which provide volunteer mentors and essential financial support. Please prayerfully consider becoming a mentor. The HOSPITALITY MINISTRY seeks volunteers to serve on Sundays. Volunteers serve one Sunday a month, at the service of your choice, and can volunteer for a variety of church programs as your schedule permits. BAPTISM CLASS - If you've never been baptized or have a child to be baptized you need to attend the Baptism Class, which is held every 3rd Sunday of the month at 10 am in the choir loft with Rev. Lana.

The FOOD PANTRY is in need of GAS CARDS and FOOD CARDS in order to service the requests that have been coming in. Please get in increments of $25, $20, $15, $10. (or more) Thank you.
