Bro. Keith Allen united with DuPage AME Church along with his parents, Ronald and Carol Allen, and brother and sister, Mark & Vera in 1980. Early in his youth he was identified by the pastor at the time as one day becoming a minister and at the time it seemed unlikely, with him being a child full of energy. God, however, had a different plan and was planting seeds that would reap a later harvest.

Over the years, Bro. Keith has served as a Class Leader, member of the Evangelism Commission, the Finance Commission, and the Sunday School Board. He has also served as a Trustee, a member of the Usher Board, and the Young People's Department. Most recently Keith directed the Sunday School Christmas Play.

Professionally, Bro. Keith is a lawyer who manages his own law firm and is Of Counsel at a law firm in downtown Chicago. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Morehouse College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.

Bro. Keith and his wife, Kimberly, have been married nine wonderful years. They currently reside in Aurora and God has blessed them with two children, Jasmine and Michael.
